Co-Founder

Jenu leads the Technology division of Neologix and is a veteran with over 22 years of experience in the industry. He started his career as a Software Engineer with MNCs and later joined hands with two partners to form Neologix. A solid pillar of the Company, Jenu brings with him passion and precision to the work processes.

Shan M Hanif

Director – Middle East

Shan is the co-founder of Neologix and Heading the business in the Middle East. He has 19+ years of industry experience with demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. He is a Strong professional skilled in Enterprise Content Management, Mobile First Strategies, Outsourcing, Strategic Planning & Partnerships, Business Development, Sales Strategies and Organizational Development. In addition he has Immense Experience in Finance Management, Negotiations and Cash Flow Planning.
