I am working with the company for 1 year 5 months and i joined as a fresher software trainee. I was keen on studying all that i could during my training period. Our training period was 3 months during which we received training in coldfusion and a training project. Within a year’s time, i have been promoted to software developer. All our seniors are really helpful and we could reach them for any help at any time. The working environment is great. Also there are frequent events and celebrations that make the work environment very lively and also help you to meet and interact with senior management people.
