Neologix’s innovative process for solution development combines system study in its preliminary phases enabling developing of effective solutions that enable customers to incorporate cost-efficient, rapid, fool-proof, industry best practices into their system of operations. Our project management involves a transparent process by which we assign a project manager from the preliminary stage, who will be the single point of contact between the client and our development team. Upon completion of requirement study, we choose the optimal route to derive the best cost-effective solution at par with industry best practices without any compromise to quality and causing minimal changes to existing business processes of the client.

During the development phase based on the technology and chosen method, we complete the project as per system study specifications on pre-developed platforms over which the client requirements are crafted. Subsequently, the developed system is run through simulated tests for conformity, compatibility, performance and functionality testing through data injection.
